Dear Prime Minister's Office,

Matt Hancock was unable on television to provide this data and said he was not sure it existed He then recommended your organsation to provide this data please.
Please provide asap all recorded information and documentation re fatalities from Covid 19 vaccines -Pfizer Moderna and Astrazeneca wirhin 28 days of vaccine being taken.Please advise age per fatality and name of vaccine per fatality.
