I would like to submit the following questions under the Freedom of Information Act (2000)
1. Since August 2014 to date how many official complaint have you received in relation to your Midwifery Services? Please break these figures down by month.
2. Since August 2014 to date how many Midwives have been investigated regarding their conduct?
3. Since August 2014 to date how many babies have been born on Rowan Ward? Please break these figures down by month.
4. Of these births how many were precipitate births?

We were looking for clarity on the type of investigations you are
referring to in terms of the number of midwives that have been
investigated regarding their conduct (q2) - whether these were employment
investigations or SIRI (Serious Incidents Requiring Investigation)
investigations.
We will await your response and continue processing once clarification is
received.
