Maternity policy on ict tier 2 long term ISC liable
Dear Home Office,
I am working for an IT firm in Glasgow and I am 7 months pregnant. Am I eligible for maternity leave as per UK policy?
My employer is asking me to leave back to my home country as I am not there employee. They are saying that for me the maternity law of my parent company is applicable and they are not responsible for the same.
My medical condition is not permitting me to travel at this point of time. Please guide me as I don't have a fit to fly.
Yours faithfully,
Faiza
