Dear Northern Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),
I am requesting information as per the following for 1) Antrim Hospital for the past 4 years (each year shown seperate);
a) The number of babies delivered in each year at Antrim Area Hospital.
b) The number of still births in total for each year at Antrim Area Hospital.
c) The number of neonatal deaths (occurring within 2 weeks ofbirth), for all babies born at Antrim Area Hospital.
d) The number of maternal deaths at Antrim Area Hospital for each year.
e) The number of babies born suffering some degree of harm duringbirth at Antrim Area Hospital for each year (if there arediffering categories of harm, please include the details).
f) The total number of patient complaints received regarding
maternity service for each year.
g) The total number of investigations/reviews initiated each yearrelating to maternity services at Antrim Area Hospital.
h) The total number of legal proceedings started against the trust, relating to maternity services at Antrim Area Hospital for each year.
i) The total number of case, where legal actions against the trust, relating to maternity services at Antrim Area Hospital, resulted in an admission of liability.
j) The total amount of compensation paid out, resulting from legal action relating to maternity services at Antrim Area Hospital for each year.
k) The comparable “national average” statistics for each of theabove measures.
