I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information request dated 8
October 2018 in which you requested information regarding the Masters in
Public Health course

 

For ease of reference, I have reproduced your questions below and set out
our corresponding responses.

 

Q1. Please provide the number of full time students on Masters in Public
Health for academic year 2017-2018.

 

21 full time students

 

Q2. Please provide the number of full time teaching staff on Masters in
Public Health for academic year 2017-2018.

 

One full time and two part time members of staff

 

Q3. Please provide the budget for Masters in Public Health for academic
year 2017-2018.

 

The Masters in Public Health course does not have a separate budget which
would cover staff and academic support.  The non-staff budget allocated to
this course which covers items such as books, computer software, teaching
support, student demonstrators and travel and for 2017-18 was £12,000.

 

Q4. Please provide the university budget on education for academic year
2017-2018.

 

Under s22 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 we are not obliged to
provide information that is due for future publication.  This information
is due to be published by January 2019 and will be available to the public
on the University’s website via the [1]Annual Report and Financial
Statements.  We are not aware of any pressing public interest in providing
the information earlier than the expected publication date.

with this response or the way in which your request was handled.
