Mastectomy surgery following breast cancer

The Institute of Cancer Research did not have the information requested.

Dear The Institute of Cancer Research,

Please can you clarify;

1. How many mastectomy surgeries were there in 2018 and 2019 and 2020.
2. How many nipple tattoos were done in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

This is for England or the whole of the UK. Whichever is easier. I appreciate there are current delays and therefore I'm happy to wait longer than the allocated time.
