I am writing in response to your email dated 6 March 2024 which I am
dealing with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("
FOIA").

In your email you have requested the information shown verbatim in bold
below:

What were the marketing costs within Post Office Limited per employee
within the then marketing teams.

If this could be shown separately for each of the financial years since
2019 and by internal costs and external costs.

From our preliminary assessment, we have determined that we need more
information in order for us to respond to your request. We would be
grateful, therefore, if you could clarify what you mean by:

"What were the marketing costs within Post Office Limited per employee
within the then marketing teams"

Once we receive your clarification, the 20-working day time limit will
start, and we will write to you with an indication of when you should
expect to receive a response. We will, however, endeavour to respond to
your request as soon as possible.

If we do not receive clarification within 20 working days your request
will be considered to have lapsed. After this date, should you wish to
continue with your enquiry, you will need to make a new request which will
