Dear Sean,

 

We are responding to your request dated 12 May 2024 requesting information
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as follows :

 

“I am requesting the Mark Scheme for the Summer 2023 GCE Spanish A2 2,
(Section B) Reading paper”.

 

This information is exempt from release at this stage under Section 22 of
the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Information Intended for Future
Publication). This is a time bound exemption, which is being applied
essentially to protect the integrity of CCEA’s Copyrighting processes and
I can advise you that this information will be published on the CCEA
website as soon as it is appropriate to do so.
