Please may I be provided with the following information.

1. How much school funding money/school money has been set aside, and/or provided to Solicitors, Maidstone, by Maplesden Noakes School, Kent
from September 2017 - Date, and previous year Sept 2016 - Sept 2017

2. How much school funding money/school money has been set aside/spent using Private Solicitors, Maidstone, to represent the Head Teacher , Mr Richard Owen with a

Subject matter : To parents explaining the schools complaints process, when a significant public interest complaint is already underway against the Head Teacher & School?

Between September 2017 - Date

3. Please confirm the School/KCC policy in invoking a Solicitor, and whether a school should use school/student funds, to fund a significant objective safeguarding complaint raised against Maplesden School, of which the Head Teacher is a significant 'player' within that complaint.
