Map of Social Housing in Hucknall

Dear Ashfield District Council,

Please can you provide a map showing the areas of social housing in Hucknall.

A map would be preferred, however if such a document does not exist then a document listing the properties/streets would suffice.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ashfield District Council's handling of my FOI request 'Map of Social Housing in Hucknall'.

As much of the information I requested is available via Ashfield Homes' website I therefore suggest that providing a list of "areas" of social housing (and not specifically house numbers) is not giving out personal information. Should I wish to find out house numbers it is a fairly simple task to identify which houses are social housing from windows/doors/roofs and other repairs, however this is a time consuming task. I therefore ask that you reconsider my request by providing a general map of those areas of Hucknall which were built as social housing.

Dear Ashfield District Council,

It states in the "internal review" letter that I have requested the full register of HMO's showing the owners' names and addresses. Please note that the contents of the review letter are INCORRECT.

I refer you to my original FOI request which was a simple request for a map showing areas of social housing and my subsequent reply where I have clarified the detail of information required.

To clarify even further: I do NOT require owners' names and addresses or even house numbers. All I require is a map showing general areas of social housing or a list of streets in which there is some social housing, to a detail to which it is possible to determine social housing density throughout Hucknall.

In my view disclosure of the information is not exempt under s.40(2) of the FOIA as I have not requested home addresses or any other information which falls under the definition of personal data, or by which individuals could be identified.

I would appreciate it if you would kindly amend the internal review letter so that it accurately states the information I requested.
