Dear North West Leicestershire District Council,

Please can you provide me with a map of public byways open to all traffic under the Freedom of information act.

I aim to use the off road access in a careful but enjoyable manor and not to cause stress or concern to anyone. I may also like to try and help keep the locations in good state of repair where time permits.
