 Thank you for your request for information which has been dealt with
under the terms of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations
2004. Your request for information has been considered and is as follows.

 
I can advise that Moat Street is scheduled to be cleaned on a fortnightly
basis, but this is subject to changing priorities, emergencies and
prohibitive weather.

 
Since 15 November 2012, Moat Street has been cleaned once on 10 December
2012 however, it was noted, that effective cleaning on this date was
prevented due to icy conditions.
