Dear Judicial Conduct Investigations Office,

Please provide a copy of any guidance, manual, handbook etc on how your office conducts investigations.

I am aware of the material you publish on your website, and I am aware that you do not comment on specific cases. But there is likely to be some internal material that is general in nature and it is that that I am seeking.

Yours faithfully,
G Webber

Dear Laura

Thank you for your eventual response. I would have found it helpful had my request been acknowledged on its receipt back in February, and if my two emails chasing the delayed response had not been ignored. But water under the bridge.

Having read the information you disclosed, please could I make a follow-up request for:

1. The template letters referred to on page 3

2. The guidance on complaints against coroners referred to on page 3

3. The names of the Nominated Judges referred to on page 37

Best wishes
G Webber
