Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Mandatory Work Activity'.

I wish to request a review against VTR 2726 & 2873 FOI requests being classed as "vexatious in nature" because they may be:

 would cause significant costs to DWP in replying,
 is designed to cause disruption or annoyance, and
 lacks any serious purpose or value.
 is harassing DWP or causing distress to staff,

Whilst I have an outstanding ICO appeal for a request made in 25 January 2012, these requests are for new information covering
a different period. If the ICO appeal is successful you may only disclose the information requested up to 25 January 2012 and have
no duty to disclose new information identified through VTR 2726 & 2873 FOI requests. You have a duty to treat each new request on
it's own merits

Therefore I do not consider these requests to be vexatious, as they are for new information from 13 July and 25
July 2012. In your reviews please confirm that it is likely that VTR 2726 & 2873 FOI requests, cover information
not included in the 25 January 2012 FOI request 0326?
