Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

A Jobcentre Front Line Adviser stated that it will become mandatory from April this year for all Jobseekers Allowance claimants to give mandatory DWP access to their Universal Jobmatch account, could you please send the information this view is based upon or whether you have written records/plans to make it mandatory to give access?
