Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

If they exist, please kindly provide your current policies describing mandatory action for claimants (or those acting on their behalf) to take prior to (A) and (B).

Where mandatory action exists, please provide laws underpinning such requirements.

(A) Domiciliary Work Capability Assessments
(B) Domiciliary Heathcare Assessments

For example,
"Mandatory requirement for internal/external CCTV to be disable prior to domiciliary assessment" underpinned by <whatever law underpins this requirement>.

Yours faithfully,

Amanda Hart

You really need to think about all of the dirty laundry that you are airing publicly and you need to stop putting your personal business out there for everyone to see. You are coming across crazy!!!

Dear Amanda.
Please pay no regard , to Jenna Jones, aka jenna corderoy, aka? aka? aka?.I to, had her trolling me. More or less , identical comments made to myself. Well, all I can say Jenna , there must be a lot of your dirty underwear, in the wash. And if you are going around stating that people are all mental. Because they are highlighting important issues, such as CORRUPTION/DECEIT/GREED etc.etc..Well, what the HELL does that make you?? Think about it!

Dear Amanda Hart,

I am writing in response to your request for information, received 4th
March.

Yours sincerely,

DWP Central FoI Team

Dear DWP Central FoI Team

Thanks for your reply.

You state you hold SOME information RELEVANT to our request and you went on to kindly provide some links. Following an extensive search of the content you provided we found nothing to match our request.

In other words the documentation contained no "policies describing mandatory action for claimants (or those acting on their behalf) to take prior to a Domiciliary Work Capability Assessment or a Domiciliary Heathcare Assessment", forming the first part of our request, thus no "laws underpinning such requirements", forming the second part of our request.

Our request included an example to help you find the information "Mandatory requirement for internal/external CCTV to be disabled prior to domiciliary assessment" but again no documentation provided included any reference that CCTV should be de-activated prior to an assessment.

We therefore conclude there are no policies on record pertaining to our request unless you gave us the wrong links in error.

Yours sincerely,

Amanda Hart
