Dear Department for Transport,

Have Manchester City Council put in a request for any bylaw for road closer for pedestrian traffic . Or for any amendments to temporary road traffic orders (TTRO)

Please say whether such a revised set has been received by your department, also say whether such proposed byelaws or amendments (TTRO) have been approved or disapproved by your department and provide copies of any documents which communicated this approval or disapproval to Manchester City Council.

On the on the other hand, should Manchester City Council have submitted such proposed byelaws or amendments for (TTRO) and subsequently have withdrawn such a submission, please provide copies of any documents which communicated this withdrawal to your department.
