Manatory Vaccination

The request was partially successful.

Dear Stirling Council,
I would like the following information through the Freedom of Information Act please.

1. How many people who work directly or indirectly (sub contractors/care workers etc) for Stirling Council will now have to have a mandatory Covid vaccination?
2. What is the name of the legislation passed by Parliament and used by Stirling Council that makes workers take a mandatory Covid vaccination?
3. Is there any insurance taken out by Stirling Council to protect any workers from adverse reaction to vaccination? The reason I ask this is because the government site is showing thousands of adverse reactions (including death) from Covid vaccination.
4. Can I have a list of all Stirling employees who supported the introduction of mandatory vaccination? By this I mean, was there a vote etc
5. If mandatory vaccination is not in place, can you tell me if Stirling Council has any fixed dates or plans to introduce mandatory vaccination?

Yours faithfully,

Brian Ovens
