College Structure 
The College structure is a simple three tier hierarchy responsible to the Corporation’s 
Board of Governors. The executive and senior management team comprise a Principal 
supported by three Assistant Principals.
Operational Managers head up a number of academic schools and support divisions. 
Only one school, Employer Services, is a hybrid of both delivery and support services.  
Each School is designed to be roughly the same size as a small-medium sized primary 
school, and that each Head is expected to know the curriculum, staff, learners and 
stakeholders in sufficient detail.
