Dear Tanya,

Thank you for your email and subsequent Freedom of information Request. Having given it careful consideration, your request does not appear to have any clear public interest purpose. Without clear public interest, the College considers this request to be for a commercial purpose and therefore considers this to be vexatious.

The Freedom of Information Act was designed to give individuals a greater right of access to official information with the intention of making public bodies more transparent and accountable. Under Section 14(1) of the Act, public authorities do not have to comply with vexatious requests if pursuing a relatively trivial or highly personalised matter of little, if any, benefit to the wider public.

Therefore, at this time we will not be responding to your request.
