Please find attached the information requested.

Senior management have been identified by title and
role. However, although some staff have the title of
'Head of Department' or 'Manager' they are not part of
WCG's specific management structure or management team.

The response discloses the names of those in senior
management/leadership roles within WCG and who would
have a reasonable expectation that their names would be
available within the public domain. These individuals
would also be responsible for the strategic and
operating decisions affecting WCG. The names of these
postholders are also published within WCG's statutory
accounts.

However, WCG has not disclosed the names of those
[1]Unknown profile individuals who, although they may have the word
photo "Manager" or "Head of" within their job title they are
not necessarily responsible for making strategic or
operating decisions. These individuals do not have a
reasonable expectation that their names would be
published within the public domain and do not have
public facing roles. This data would also constitute
personal data under s.40 Freedom of Information Act
2000 and would contravene Principle 6 of the UK GDPR in
that disclosure of the personal data must be lawful,
fair and transparent. Disclosure of the personal data
would be unlawful as we do not have the consent of the
individuals to publish their personal data in the
public domain and there is no legitimate interest in
the disclosure of their personal data into the public
domain.
