1. How many qualified managers, specifically trained and assigned to handle race-related grievances, are currently designated at LNER, in accordance with the guidance provided by ACAS?

2. How many senior managers and line managers at LNER have undergone training in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI)? Could you please provide details on why this training was identified as a need within the organisation? Additionally, when did this training initiative commence, and can you supply evidence or documentation to confirm that this training has indeed taken place?
