Please find attached the Trust’s Organisation Structure.  The Occupational
Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech & Language Therapists come under
the Cancer Rehabilitation and Support Team (CReST).  The relevant
departmental structure charts are attached and both are headed by Pauline
Hammond, Assistant Director of Nursing: Rehabilitation.
