S Fairbridge made this Freedom of Information request to The English Heritage Trust

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear The English Heritage Trust,

1) Please can you provide me with a list of the names and addresses of those properties which are not included in English Heritage's "English Heritage Handbook 2016/17" that are managed by the Trust under its licence from the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England?

2) For each of the above properties please tell me the reason why it is not included in the handbook.

3) For each of the above properties please tell me what the current arrangements for public access are?

4) For any of the above properties for which there are no current arrangements for public access, please let me know by what year you expect to have enabled public access.

Thank you for your attention

Yours faithfully,

S Fairbridge

Dear Ann

It is now some time beyond the statutory deadline for a response to my request and I have not had any response from your Marketing Department. Can you tell me whether English Heritage holds the information I requested and when I can expect a reply.

Yours sincerely,

S Fairbridge

Dear The English Heritage Trust,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of The English Heritage Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Management of properties by English Heritage'.

I do not believe that it is correct to treat a request that makes it clear that a response is expected under the act as 'everyday business' see the ICO guidance at https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/gui... "The provisions of the Act need to come into force only if: [...]
the requester makes it clear they expect a response under the Act."

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...

Yours faithfully,

S Fairbridge
