• How are facilities management services (hard FM, soft FM or TFM) handled across your estates? All FM requirements are managed via the Estates team. Estates also manage all the contracts that are tendered out that support all aspects of the hard, soft and total FM requirements of the TSC estate.

Hard FM:
• Mechanical PPM and reactive services - Lorne Stewart - 3 + 2 years contract. approximately 12 months remaining
• Measured Term Contract - Dolphin (Sheffield) Limited - 3 + 2-years contract, currently 12 months rolling agreement
• Security systems - Lynx Electrical - rolling 12 months contract
• Electrical compliance - Guardian Electrical - rolling contract
• Water hygiene - Eveolution Water Solutions - 3 + 2 year contract, currently in first year of contract
• BMS - BGES Group - rolling 12-month contract
• Fire safety systems - ABC Fire Solutions - rolling contract
• Lift service and maintenance - Kone GB 3 + 2-year contract, currently in first year of contract
Soft FM:
• Manned guarding/security - Profile Security - 3 + 2-year contract, currently in second year of contract
• Landscaping - ID Verdi UK - 3 + 2-year contract, currently 12 month rolling agreement
• Waste management - KCM Waste management 3 + 2-year contact, currently in second year of contract
• Sanitary management - PHS - rolling 12-month contract

- What are the start dates and durations of these contracts, including the end date, and which services are included in each? See above.
- What are the values of the contracts? Variable contract values that are determined by annual budget availability and TSC estates hard, soft FM and PPM requirements and asset management
- Is there an extension clause in the contract(s) and if so, what is the duration of the extension? See above. There is the flexibility to roll a contract on for an agreed 12-month period if the requirement for the service provision is considered essential for business continuity and the estate management
- Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract(s) are being either extended or renewed? See above
- What is the job title of the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for the contract(s)? The contract management and administration for the various service contract is distributed to managers within the Estates team
• Do you utilise any outsourced helpdesk or FM integrator services? If so, with which supplier(s)? No, TSC Estates team manage this workload
• Which software solution(s) are used to manage your corporate property/assets including facilities management (CAFM)? TSC use a CAFM package called Mainteno to manage workload and asset management
