I am still trying to obtain an answer to one of your questions in relation to the contract values, I do not want to delay the answers to the other questions any further, so I have provided them below. - If any services are outsourced, which services and to which suppliers? Waste – Recorra, Maintenance of fire alarms – Pyrotech, lifts – Pickerings, PAT testing – Calbarrie, cleaning – Incor
- What are the start dates and durations of these contracts, including the end date, and which services are included in each? Rolling contracts
- What are the values of the contracts? To follow
- Is there an extension clause in the contract(s) and if so, what is the duration of the extension? n/a

• Do you utilise any outsourced helpdesk or FM integrator services? If so, with which supplier(s)? Halo – managed by IT department
• Which software solution(s) are used to manage your corporate property/assets including facilities management (CAFM)? Halo and SharePoint
