- What are the start dates and durations of these contracts, including the
end date, and which services are included in each?
- What are the values of the contracts?
- Is there an extension clause in the contract(s) and if so, what is the
duration of the extension?
- Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract(s) are being either
extended or renewed?
- What is the job title of the senior officer (outside of procurement)

We have an in-house estates team to support the core business of teaching
through maintaining the facilities and ensuring that the buildings can
support the College’s strategic objectives. Estates team provides all
aspects of Estates/Facilities support to staff/students on both sites.
This includes repair & maintenance, porterage, manual handling duties,
site security and efficient procurement for estates related external
supplies and services.
2. If any services are outsourced, which services and to which suppliers?
No.
3.What are the start dates and durations of these contracts, including the
end date, and which services are included in each? (see answer against 2)
4.What are the values of the contracts? (see answer against 2)
5.Is there an extension clause in the contract(s) and if so, what is the
