you the following information:

Since the move to shared services no directors or heads of service have
received salary increases.

The move to shared services between Redditch and Bromsgrove meant that a
reduced combined number of heads of service and directors posts (not the
chief executive post) were created as brand new posts which had to be
applied for.

I hope this resolves your enquiry and that you are satisfied with the
response.

However, if you are dissatisfied with the way your request has been

Dear FOI RBC,thank you for your response stating that there has not been any increases to management salaries .Shared Services also lead to "combining" Bromsgrove and Redditch staff within Lifeline/CCTV .
Very similar to reducing Heads of Service and Directors as seven of our posts were cut .
The difference being that the alternative for us was a 35% cut . I still feel this was "too severe " and though RBC use the term VCR , I feel , due to the obscenely high and probably illegal 35% cut actually amounts to me being "Constructively Dismissed " by RBC. I also feel that hypocrisy has been applied by the RBC hierarchy and that they certainly "protected their own salaries " by effectively "Constructively Dismissing " the seven Redditch based staff within Lifeline/CCTV. Particularly as FOI states that NO CHANGE to their salaries has occurred .
