Management arrangements Day Care LD
Dear Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),
Can you please let me know ‘ on how may occasions are staff placed in the compromising position’ whereby the managements cover of a day centre LD service relationship -“husband and wife .
Do you consider this safe practice taking everybody’s position in to account.
Do you consider these arrangements appropriate due to their relationship and their ability to remain objective .
Can I ask if consideration can be given to the possibility of internally acting up an experienced band 5 DCW that meets the criteria to band 6 assistant m . This will support the senior team who are under pressure due to the longterm absences of the manager OTRC .
Yours faithfully,
Ainead Horann
