Thank you for your email.  This is to acknowledge receipt of your

We currently have all of our MFD and Print Room machines under contract
with Konica Minolta

We had a 3 year + 2 contract, which due to an internal restructure, and
then COVID-19 was extended by 2 years out of necessity. It is due to
expire in August 2021 and will be going out to tender prior to this date.

We have our own in-house print room team so N/A, other print related
equipment are not on contracts and are owned not leased.

17 will be reducing due to the restructure and current office
redevelopment

We average around 2,000,000 sheets per year, but this is an approximate
figure as not everything is done internally and each department sends out
specific jobs e.g. elections, council tax bills, externally.

It was before I took over, 6+ years ago but I believe was via The Chest
 
Q7. Do you have any print management software? If so, which software?
We have PaperCut as our print management software, and in the print room
also use EFI Fiery
 
Q8. Do they supply you with any scanning software (additional to the
software native to the device)?
No
 
Q9. What Document Management solution/s do you currently use within your
organization?
We use InformationAtWork as a main one, and other dept.s have their own
software as per requirements.
 
Q10. Who are the procurement & business/IT contacts within your
organization responsible for the decision on MFD's
The decision on MFD machines is now at management level with not IT, and
is Vicky McDonald, Operational Lead Case Management and Simon McVey,
Operational Lead Support Services.
