b. Printers: Printers are incorporated in the Council’s MFDs

c. Print room / reprographics: Five years in 2015 and three years in 2017
(both extended by one year in March 2021).

 

Q3. Number of devices?

a. Photocopiers/MFDs: 26

b. Printers: 19

c. Print room / reprographics: One colour and one black and white device.

 

Q4. Annual print/copy volume

a. Photocopiers/MFDs: 1,021,373

b. Printers: this varies across the individual Council service areas as
each area is responsible for maintaining their own device.

c. Print room / reprographics : Black and white: IRO 850,000 / Colour: IRO
836,000

Right to Internal Review
