Dear Mr Fallon

Our latest contract reduced the number of MFD’s we have from 15 to 8 in
the council offices. We do have a number (8) smaller ink printers used by
wardens at residential care sites. This are very low volume and we do not
monitor prints on these devices as they are linked to local machines and
not managed through any software.
