1.          Does the Trust have a managed print contract?

No, we don’t have a managed print contract. We have a contract in place
for printing various stock forms and ad-hoc printing requirements.

 

2.          What are the start and end dates for this contract?

N/A

 

3.          Who is the supplier(s) of this contract?

N/A

 

4.          Which procurement route or framework was used to procure this
service?

N/A

 

5.          Approximate number of Printers within the Trust

Dell / HP / Konica

 

7.          Who are the main supplier(s) of print consumables (Toner,
spares, etc)?

We use either XMA or Lyreco for printer cartridges/toners. The Konica
contract includes toner replacement for both multi-functional device and
printers.

 

8.          Does the Trust have a support contract(s) for Printers?

This will vary with each device within the Trust. Support for the device
is purchased along with the device and is supplied by the manufacturer.

 

 

9.          What are the start and end dates for the printer support
contract(s)?

This may not be applicable if we don’t have contracts see above question
8.

 

10.        Approximate number of MFD’s or Photocopiers within the Trust

11.        Who are the main MFD / Copier Suppliers(s)?

Konica is the main supplier for large multi-functional device within the
Trust e.g. photocopiers/printers.

 

12.        What are the start and end dates on the MFD contracts(s)?

This will vary with each multi-functional device within the Trust e.g.
photocopiers/printers. As these are called off a national framework as and
when required and the device will be used for  a number of years.
