2.            What devices do you use? Eg Canon, Konica, HP  -

MFDs and 15 desktop printers in contract

4.            What is the current value of your MPS estate? - We do not
own the fleet we pay monthly rental charges, so this information is not
held

5.            Do you have a print room/reprographics facility, if so who
provides this? The council does not have a print room/reprographics
service.

6.            When does your contract come to an end? MPS - June 2017 to
June 2020 with one year possible extension

7.            Can you please advise of the person/department in charge of
MPS within the organisation? Our ICT Shared Service is based in Cheshire
East Council. The head of Service is Gareth Pawlett

8.            Which procurement framework will you utilise for future
requirement/service? - CCS Framework RM3781 Lot 1 for MFDs

The Council considers that your request has been answered in full by
either confirming that information is not held, providing you with the
information requested, or explaining why any information has been withheld
