4 years, due to expire 30^th September 2018.

Across College itself, presently it has 386 Multi-Functional Devices
(MFDs) of different models (HP, Xerox), of which 317 are in the central
print service and 64 are standalone networked MFDs, others are spares or
being replaced.

 

5. Annual print/copy volume

The current volume is 22.1 million pages printed per annum, and 1.4
million pages scanned.

Safecom from Nuance.

 

9. Do they supply you with any scanning software (additional to the
software native to the device)?

No scanning software is used for centrally managed touch-card printers.

 

10. What Document Management solution/s do you currently use within your
organization?

There is no dedicated document management software which is centrally
managed by ICT.                    
                                            

 

11. What PDF software do you pay for? And how many licenses do you pay for
(an average per annum would be a good number here please)?

The College does not pay for PDF software.

 

12. Who is the person within your organization responsible for the MFDs
and the contract, what is their title, and their email address please?
