Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 which was received by Havant Borough Council on 31
January 2024. You have requested the following:
1.Please state who your supplier is for:
a) MFD's/SFP's – Right Digital Solutions Ltd
b) Print room/ reprographics – the machines are owned by HBC but we use
ITEC House, Bristol for click charges only
2. If your supplier is a re-seller, which manufacturer do you use for:
a) MFD's/SFP's - Kyocera
b) Print room/ reprographics - as above
3. Please can you confirm the start and expiry dates for your contracts,
including any extension terms for:
a) MFD's/ SFP's – 18/04/2023 – 17/04/2025 (24 months), with option for 2
additional 12 month extensions.
b) Print room/ reprographics – as above these are owned by HBC so would
only have to give three months’ notice for click charge contract
4. Please can you confirm the number of devices you have for:
a) MFD's/ SFP's – 4
b) Print room/ reprographics – 3
5. Please can you confirm the person and their role who is in charge of
the procurement for printing and any managed print contracts?
