I write further to your correspondence, dated 3^rd Nov 2023, requesting
the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Activate Learning has considered this request and can confirm that under
Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the following information
is held in relation to your request.
1. Please state who is your supplier for your MFD/ MPS at each site:
Apogee (for all sites)
2. Please can you confirm the start and expiry dates for your
contracts, including any extension terms for:
Banbury, Bracknell, Oxford & Reading
Existing contract extended until 31/12/23 - tender award for contract
start 1/1/24 & end 31/9/27
Farnham, Guildford & Merrist Wood
Existing contract end 31/4/24 - tender award for contract start 1/5/24 &
end 31/9/27
*Contract awarded is in 2 phases with a co-terminus end date for both
phases.
3. Please can you confirm the number of devices you have at each of the
following sites:
- Banbury & Bicester College:  15
- Bracknell & Wokingham College: 15
- City of Oxford College:  28 
- Farnham College: 6
- Guildford College: 23
- Merrist Wood College: 14
- Reading College:  19
4. Please can you confirm the person and their role who is in charge
of the procurement for printing and any managed print contracts at the
following sites:
Group Reprographics Delivery Lead (IT Services), Activate Learning 
Procurement Executive, Activate Learning 
5. Could you confirm the way in which each college procures? Do you use a
Framework? If so could you confirm the Framework used at each site:
CPC Framework for Activate Learning (all sites are included in one tender)
6. Does the colleges have a secure follow me print and scan
document management system in place? If so what is the brand? Is the
solution on premise, cloud or hybrid approach?
a) Print & Scan Management? Yes
b) Brand-  Papercut 
c) On-Premise, cloud or hybrid? Premise 
*one Papercut server for Activate Learning covering all sites and
satellite locations.

I trust you are satisfied that this information has been provided to you
within 20 days, however if you are not satisfied with the way your request
