considers that it is not obliged to comply with this request in accordance
with section 14 of the FOIA, as the request has been deemed to be
vexatious for the following reason(s):

 

The Council is satisfied that:

• There are no reasonable grounds for making this request because it
appears to be made for purely commercial purposes.

 

• Disclosure of the requested information would not be of sufficient
value to public at large.

 

• Responding would likely cause require a disproportionate level of
effort. The level of work required to compile this information would
not be proportionate to the value of this information to the public at
large. This would therefore place an unjustified level of disruption
on the authority.
