This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I am writing to ask you to clarify your request.

In relation to Q13, please can you clarify what 'costs' you are referring
to. Do you mean printing costs (as the majority of your request is
associated with printing) or something else?

If you are referring to costs in general, I would estimate that it would
exceed the appropriate limit of 18h to deal with this as there will be a
large number of budget saving activities across the many departments
within the Council, all of which would need to be contacted to return
their information.

I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 09/11/2017. If I do not hear
from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it that you do not
wish to pursue this request and will consider the request closed.

Please send any clarification to me [1][email address]

Yours sincerely

Dear H and F In Touch,

This was a general cost saving across the council, however if this is going to take some time. Please ignore question 13.

Yours sincerely,

Mr J. Walcott
