I can confirm that North East Lincolnshire Council holds the following
information: 

Number of manhole / drain covers stolen in Jan-Dec for 2021, 2022, and
2023 (to the end of July). Please break this down by year.

North East Lincolnshire Council does not hold this information.

If you do not record this information, please provide the number of
manhole / drain covers replaced or reported missing in Jan-Dec for 2021,
2022, and 2023 (to the end of July). Please break this down by year.

The number of missing manhole/gully covers reported within the public
highway and attended to as emergency report and subsequently replaced:  

2021 = 38

2022 =20

2023 = 24 (to the end of July).
