Dear Board of the Pension Protection Fund,

1.1 Please could you confirm how many cases of maladministration relating to the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) and/or its insolvency risk provider at the time (Dun & Bradstreet or Experian) regarding the PPF levy have been lodged with the PPF over the last five years, broken down by the levy year in which they relate by a pension scheme, any of its sponsoring employer(s) or guarantors, or any individual acting on behalf of the above.

1.2 From your answer to 1.1, please could you set out how many of these cases related to claims for reimbursement for time spent or professional adviser fees incurred in dealing with unreasonable errors made by the PPF, again broken down by levy year.

1.3 Please could you set out how many maladministration cases were settled against the PPF or its insolvency risk provider from the cases mentioned in your answer to 1.1 and 1.2.
