Major Incident Plan

I wish to put a Freedom of Information request in to the trust for the following information.

1. Any plan the trust has as a whole or as individual hospitals in dealing with or declaring major incident

2. How many times since 2009 ( eg in the last 10 years) has the trust implemented its major incident plan.

3. Does the on call ( out of hours and in hours) rota for senior Trauma surgeons include allocations for major incidents and if not how are senior surgeons chosen and called in to the hospital during a major incident?
