The parking ticket machines in West Byfleet are constantly out of order to the great frustration of residents and enforcement officers.

I understand that maintenance of the machines is subcontracted by Woking Borough Council. The contract will have a minimum service standard for maintenance and speed of repair. Is this minimum service standard being complied with? If not what steps are being taken to remedy the situation?
