Dear Jamie

Environmental Information Regulations 2004

I am writing to ask you to clarify your request. This is because we need
further details from you in order to identify and locate the information
.Therefore I should be grateful if you would elaborate on the question
over "public footpaths" and if they are specifically referring to paths
that are rural in nature and are going though fields etc. which is covered
by Rights of Way or is the question over footways which form part of the
public road and are covered by County Highways?

I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 01/11/2023.

If I do not hear from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it
that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request
closed.
