Maintenance etc. of street furniture in the district of Newark & Sherwood July 2021- Nov 2022
Dear Nottinghamshire County Council,
Previously you provided information relating to the maintenance etc. street furniture in
the district of Newark & Sherwood, and apologised for the delay I experienced on that occasion.
The information provided then was up to August 2021. I am now requesting an update of this material from July 2021 to the current date.
You understand that you utilise a Highway Asset Management System (HAMS) to support the Highway Service and this system holds records relating to activities and enquiries for the services. I am requesting information from the HAMS that as discrete datasets relating to Street Lighting Assets, including other electrical highway installation maintenance, and Bollard/Guardrail maintenance. The report that should be sent to me should contain data for the year the work was completed, and the locality of the work broken down by Electoral Ward. Producing the data in this form will give me a breakdown for the district rather than one figure for each service.
Yours faithfully,
Peter Harris
