Dear Fife Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Fife Council's handling of my FOI request 'Maintenance and Service Records'.

[ GIVE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT HERE ] Although the information relating to the Keeper of Records explains the mechanism of the Councils RMP Statutory obligation You have not provided the 'Council Policy' referred to which permits you to withhold Service Records.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/m...

Yours faithfully,

John J Walker
