Dear Chris Allen,

I refer to your request for information submitted to Yorkshire Water dated
23 July 2020.

Please find attached the data which you have requested.  Included with
this email are a response to your questions in red.

(a) Has the CCtv inspection of sewers taken place and if not why?

Numerous CCTV inspections have been carried out over the years following
the flooding that occurs to Lang Avenue, no direct faults have been found
just silt on occasion which you would expect to find as a result of
infiltration from flood waters. The most recent CCTV was attempted in
November 2019, this was abandoned due to the outfall being still
submerged. ER have since made access to the outfall which can now be
inspected.

(b) What was found as a result of the inspection?

Please see attached a spreadsheet ‘EIR 263.xlsx’ detailing the feedback
from the CCTV inspection's.

(c) What plans do Yorkshire Water have to repair any issues found?

If any faults are found these would be fixed in line with our policy and
procedures

(d) What was the outcome of the inspection regarding resilience measures
to the pumping station and issues found?

SPS - The flood resilience work has started and should be finished by the
end of August, this involves raising the pump control panel above the
recorded flood levels enabling the pumps to continue to pump in flood
conditions.

We also have operational work planned to resolve an issue on the rising
main air valve in the next few weeks. This has resulted in the valve
chamber surcharging during the operation of one of the pumps

(e) What plans do Yorkshire Water have to improve the resilience of the
pumping station - if any?
