Please can you send a copy of the 2019 Data
showing
a- the main disabling condition
and
b-the second tier reporting criteria breakdown (and any third tier reporting criteria),
and
c-their point scores awarded
by the DWP case manager at the claimant’s most recent assessment for the
Work Capability Assessment for Employment Support Allowance split into 17 categories
10 questions physical activities
and
Questions 11-17 are about mental and intellectual functions
