Dear Information Rights Team,
Thank you for your reply to my FOI request.I would love not to be making these requests and in the past I have approached Callum at the NFSP for information. He naturally directs me to yourselves to get the gen straight from the horses mouth. For many SPM's the only way to get accurate information about drop off in pay, type of branch, impact of covid etc is through these FOI requests. They have proved informative and on ocassion revealing.Should the NFSP be asking these questions on behalf of SPM?Do you desire spm to join the CWU in order to gain information? How much money POL received from RM for mails seg and how much it kept is a valid question. This week Nick Read said" Rather than head office second guessing the things that matter most to them, we must hear it from
them first-hand, and ensure that they are involved on a regular basis to shape and guide our business."There is a huge disconnect between what Nick says and your actions in providing answers to SPM enquiries.I respectfully ask you to reconsider if you can answer these important concerns that are on many SPM's minds,
Yours faithfully John O'Sullivan
Yours sincerely,
