Dear Maidstone Borough Council,

Please send me the following information:

In 2014, MBC commissioned a report into the SHMA (Strategic Housing Market Assessment) In this report it states:

"Concentrating on PROJ 1 (SNPP (updated)) [...] within the overall population growth of 35,867, some 9,500 is expected to arise as a result of natural change (more births than deaths) with the remainder being driven by net in-migration. Further analysis suggests that about 9,600 of population growth is due to international migration and 16,600 due to migration of people moving from elsewhere in the country."

1. Although I appreciate this report was written 5 years ago by a contracted party, please if possible send me more information on this "further analysis". What resource was used, methods, etc.

2. Has MBC commissioned any separate analysis into "migration of people from other parts of the country"? If so, please send me details and dates.

3. Please send me a full list of locations of all dwellings that MBC is aware of that are owned or leased to London authorities within the borough. I am not looking for commercially-sensitive information.

Yours faithfully,

David Windham
